This site uses the open source Content Management System Plone. It meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG v2.0) level 'AA' for people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.

It is also accessible to content authors with disabilities per the level 'AA' Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG 2.0).

إننا تعهدنا لاستخدام معارفنا وفهم الطرق المختلفة التي يعتمدها الناس للوصول الى الانترنت لتصميم موقع واضح و بسيط على شبكة الانترنت لجميع المستخدمين.

لقد إستعملنا ${xhtml} و ${css} وفقا لمعايير التي حددتها ${w3c} لأننا نعتقد أن للمنالية و للإستعمال أساس صحيح. إذا تعذّر إستعمال الموقع أو تبينت أن هناك أخطاء. المرجو الإتصال ب موقع الادارة. و ليس بفريق بلون .

ولدينا ايضا سعي الى تحقيق سهولة الوصول AA كما ورد في الاصدار 1،0 لWCAG. ونحن ندرك ذلك ، ان عددا من نقاط التفتيش التابعة ل${wcag2} هي ذاتية — وعلى الرغم أننا متأكدون من أننا قد درسناها بعناية. هناك حالات يختلف فيها التفسير.
